suretyCAM Launches Do-It-Yourself Security Alarm and Home Automation

Due to popular demand, suretyCAM now offers very low cost, no contract, do it yourself 2GIG Alarm.com security alarm and home automation monitoring. If you’re a do-it-yourselfer and you want top quality security alarm monitoring via cellular GSM and interactive services from Alarm.com, now is your chance! You don’t have to know how to program the equipment. We do that for you before we ship it to you. You only have to perform the physical installation yourself and test that your alarm signals are getting through to the central station.

Take a look at our month-to-month monitoring packages and then visit our do-it-yourself store to get started.

A significant cost in home security alarm monitoring is the installation and maintenance of your alarm equipment. If you are willing to take that on yourself you can save a bundle on your home security alarm monitoring. You can have cutting edge Alarm.com features for less than most people pay for boring, insecure, old fashioned land line security alarm monitoring! In the process you get to learn about how security alarms and z-wave home automation systems work.

How does this affect our full service customers? It doesn’t. We still provide the same high quality full service alarm installations in Columbus Ohio, central Ohio and the surrounding areas. We simply have another option for do-it-yourselfers that allows them to save money if they are willing to do part of the work for us. When you do-it-yourself we don’t have to pay for the trip to your house, we don’t have to pay for the installer’s time, we don’t have to pay for installation materials, scheduling, replacing batteries or coming out to your house to fix problems if/when they occur. As a token of our appreciation to the do-it-yourselfers out there we are passing these savings directly to you!

We would like to hear from you. Tell us what you think. Would you consider installing your own security alarm and home automation system?

      Todd,

A few differences are 1) Alarm.com from suretyCAM costs a lot less than Pulse, even with our full service installations 2) Alarm.com has been around for over 10 years while Pulse was just released last year 3) Alarm.com has Crash and Smash Protection, Pulse doesn’t 4) Alarm.com works with 2GIG equipment!
