- Residential doors open inward so the only thing holding your door closed is your deadbolt lock against a thin wooden door frame. A decent sized man can easily kick your deadbolt lock right through your door frame in a single kick!
- Burglars and intruders know that your security alarm can’t tell the difference between your door being kicked in and you opening it as usual. Therefore they have 30 to 45 seconds after kicking the door in before the alarm even goes off while your alarm waits for you to punch in your code and disarm it!
- When they kick in your wooden door frame there are no shattered glass shards to get cut on. Even bad guys are concerned for their own safety.
Window Reinforcement
suretyCAM uses Solar Gard Armorcoat to strengthen and reinforce your windows making them far more difficult to shatter even with a crow bar or heavy metal object. Think of how much more difficult it is to shatter a car windshield than a regular window… now multiply that many times over! That’s how hard it is to shatter suretyCAM’s Solar Gard Armorcoat reinforced windows. We can’t guarantee the intruder will never get through but it’s going to take him much, much longer than usual. Most intruders will give up and move on to an easier target long before our reinforced glass windows break through.

French Door Reinforcement Kit
The suretyCAM D Fence states that delaying the threat is a vital aspect of protecting yourself when an intruder is trying to invade your home.
French doors or double doors are not only a very popular homeowner option, but also pose one of the most vulnerable threats of exterior entry!
Until now, there was no reliable way of securing this type of door system against a “kick-in” intruder. When we install the French Door Reinforcement Kit you effectively increase your time to react to an intruder. This will give you time detect and delay the threat and take action.
With our French Door Reinforcement Kit installed, you can rest assured that you have purchased the very best protection available against “kick-In” attacks (which according to the FBI are the most prevalent method of unwanted entry).
If you currently have a 3-point locking system on your French Doors, there is a possibility that the Strikemaster II and/or the Door Edge Pro (both included in our kit) may not work on this type design. The French Door Lock; however, will work. If you currently have a 3-Point Locking System, please contact us for possible alternatives and work-arounds. With door systems that have a window across the top, a shorter screw may be needed.
